After prolonged use, the plunger may become sluggish. If this happens, the o-ring on the end of the plunger needs to be lubricated.

  1. The Prima barrel can be removed by loosening barrel collar (the Prima MARC™ barrel can be removed by turning the barrel although you may need to use a pair of pliers to do this, BE GENTLE). the barrel can then be pulled out.
  2. Using olive, cooking or vegetable oil (NOT MINERAL OIL), submerge the o-ring in the oil. DO NOT TAKE O-RING OFF THE PLUNGER.
  3. Remove plunger from oil.
  4. Reassemble the vaccinator.

Your vaccinator should now work properly
